Packages are generally dispatched from our logistics company's warehouse with tracking service and drop-off with signature.All shipment will be shipped within 3 working days after your payment is complete. The normal duration will be 2-3 weeks.If you prefer delivery by EMS service, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Transport fees is $5.00 .Please be understanding that shipping fees include handling fees and packing(as well as packing material ) fee besides postage costs for making items safely arrive ASAP. We won’t overcharge the postage.

Return and Refund
We guarantee that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% authentic &new and free from defects. We warrant our brushes for 60 days under normal, non-commercial use. If the brushes we sold have any hair-loss or any other quality problems ,we accept items return and will issue the full refund .Or we can send a replacement to you if you choose this way.
The warranty period is 60days from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend the warranty period.Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by the proof/detailed pictures of brush' problem as well as its unique order number.
We take full responsibility for all items we sell as well as the shipment and will offer solutions if with any issue.In case of returning product or requesting for refunding, please send us an email with your name, order# and the problem you have with the product before initiating any complaints
Please do not return anything without first contacting us to obtain authorization. The item must be returned with all the original packaging materials, manuals, accessories by a shipping method that is insured and has tracking. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit while retuning items to us.
